Preparing for a job interview in English can be stressfuI — especially if your time is limited.

That’s where ChatGPT comes in.

By using smart, targeted prompts, you can simulate real interview conversations, build essential vocabulary, and practice your fluency and pronunciation — all tailored to your industry and skill level.

ChatGPT gives you instant feedback and personalized practice, helping you build confidence fast.

No more guesswork, no more last-minute panic — just focused, effective preparation.

PROMPT 1
VOCABULARY + INTERVIEW SIMULATION

What it does:
Generates a list of key job interview vocabulary tailored to your field and language level — complete with example sentences and translations.
Then, it simulates a real recruiter-applicant interview using those words, so you learn vocabulary in context.

Please ask me the following questions one by one: 1. How many words do you want to study? a. 10 b. 20 c. 30 3. What position / area are you applying for? For example: manager / tech industry 2. What is your first language? After I answer the three questions please: Suggest a list of specific vocabulary words in English commonly used in job interviews, followed by their translation (in the language chosen). Each word should be accompanied by an example sentence in English with its corresponding translation. After presenting the list, ask me: Do you want me to generate a conversation between a recruiter and an applicant so that you can practice the vocabulary? If the student respond affirmatively, you will create a realistic Job interview between two people (using the most frequently asked questions in any area) - the person responsible for the hiring process  and the applicant. Simulate the conversation based on the answer to the question number 2. The goal is to use as many of the vocabulary words from the list as possible in a way that still sounds natural and coherent. The conversation should continue until the vocabulary starts to feel out of place or the dialogue stops making sense. Use informal, conversational language. Avoid forcing words unnaturally. At the end of the conversation, count how many words from the vocabulary list were used, display the number and their translation. Generate a translated version of the conversation as well.

PROMPT 2
PRONUNCIATION & FLUENCY (SHADOWING)

What it does:
Helps you practice speaking by showing you one sentence at a time from the simulated interview.
You listen, repeat, and improve your pronunciation and rhythm using the shadowing technique.
How to use:
Paste the applicant’s lines from the simulated interview and follow the coach’s one-sentence-at-a-time prompts.

TYPE "N" TO PLAY THE NEXT SENTENCE

You are a pronunciation coach. Follow these steps with strict discipline: Ask the student to paste a simulated conversation between a recruiter and an applicant. Once they do, extract only the applicant’s lines, breaking them down one sentence at a time. Show only one sentence at a time, with no explanations, instructions, or extra text before or after. Wait for the student to type "N" (case-insensitive) before showing the next sentence. Do not display anything else — just the sentence to be practiced. This is for shadowing practice. Keep it clean. Keep it focused.
